I can’t rate Jamie and the rest of his team at Plaster Bristol highly enough!

We recieved a fair quote for two bedrooms which needed the ceilings replastered, as well as the walls and also additional work in the bathroom and landing.  Jamie was able to take on the job at short notice. He was reliable, efficient and  professional but also warm and friendly. No task was too big or small and he even carried out some extra bits that we needed doing in the house. He also helped with the skip delivery to the property, since myself or partner couldn’t be present at the time. Jamie kept us updated throughout on how the work was progressing.

Overall, the finished result is incredible and we are extremely lucky to have found Jamie and his team. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needs be.

Just had the ceiling plastered by Jamie and Justin two great people after being let down by two other plasterers contacted Jamie who gave a quote and start date unfortunately Jamie was unable to start on the agreed date due to a staff member illness although Jamie kept me informed and was only one day late Job completed on time

I wanted a reliable trustworthy plasterer to fix a wall for my elderly parent. It was not a large job but the wall was in poor condition. Jamie very promptly gave us a quote and then quickly carried out the work. Jamie did an excellent job at a very fair price and the wall now looks fabulous. I would highly recommend Jamie for any plastering requirements.

We needed our daughters bedroom ceiling repairing and plastered as it was bowing in the centre. I called Jamie and he responded quickly. I explained what was required and immediately Jamie’s knowledge was clear. He suggested that if I could send him a couple of pictures he could then provide an estimate, which I did and a quote was submitted to us. We found the quote to be competitive and Jamie was able to fit us in quickly to complete the work. Jamie informed us that Justin and Aled would complete the work.

Upon arrival Justin and Aled were friendly, polite and proceeded to lay down floor protection on the areas they were walking. They did inform us of one issue with the ceiling so we were aware. Justin and Aled got to work straight away and were very efficient and professional. The work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard. We are very pleased with the end result. I would be more than happy to have Plaster Bristol back any time and I highly recommend them to anybody.

Brilliant service from Jamie – he responded quickly to my panicky message about plaster coming down from the window aperture in our kitchen and arranged to come out within a week. Jamie did a great job, smooth finish. I have an old early Victorian house with all the issues that brings. Jamie hacked off old sand and cement and plaster, fitted a vapour barrier, plaster boarded and skimmed. He also repaired a cracked ceiling and skimmed. Left the work area clean. Jamie and Justin we’re brilliant…they were on time, very efficient, tidy and did a beautiful plaster job our old Artex kitchen ceiling.

We’ve just had a string over very messy and sloppy contractors on other jobs so Jamie and his team were a breath of fresh air!

We’ve used Jamie for 2 separate jobs in our house and he is definitely top of our list to call for future plastering jobs. The 1st job was to fill in a fireplace and then plaster the wall. The 2nd was to board and plaster 2 ceilings. It is always a bit of a gamble hiring a person to do a job when you are new to a place. No word of mouth references so I hit Google and James name came up. The reviews looked good and I gave him a call. He responded very quickly and was totally professional but also really pleasant. He could not do the work quickly which is in fact a further testament to his being in demand. I can understand why. He is very, very good and the results speak for themselves.I have an old stone built cottage and some of the plaster was almost 30mm thick. Jamie did a cracking job replastering our dining room after a kitchen diner conversion. Very dependable, punctual, reasonable and a really nice trustworthy guy to have in the house. Would and will be getting Jamie back again for future work.

Jamie did a number of jobs for us in our kitchen – fixing the water-damaged ceiling and re-plastering it, boxing and plastering around some pipes, tiling the whole kitchen, fitting a new end panel and plinths, and laying a new laminate floor. We were extremely pleased with the results of all of this. Jamie did a fantastic job. More than that, he was a pleasure to have working in our home: he was always both professional and friendly, and took into account all of our preferences and little awkward requests. Jamie did a great job, taking on high ornate ceilings with serious cracks. The removal of the old damaged plaster was incredibly neat (and surprisingly quiet!) the new plaster is seamless with the rest of the ceiling and has made the room so much nicer. I recently bought a small Victorian flat that was in need of a bit of TLC. Not only were the walls in my kitchen covered in holes and ancient tile adhesive, but a mass of pipes around the boiler also required some very careful plastering.
